These Terms govern your access to and use of Krawfly. By installing the app you agree to them.

1. The service

Krawfly analyzes your Shopify catalog, computes GEO Readiness Scores, and generates product signals for AI agents that you can apply or revert. Features available depend on your plan (Free, Starter, Pro or Enterprise).

2. Your responsibilities

You're responsible for reviewing AI-generated suggestions before applying them and for ensuring your product content is accurate and compliant with Shopify's policies and applicable law.

3. Plans & billing

Paid plans are billed monthly through Shopify's billing system. You can upgrade, downgrade or cancel at any time; changes take effect at the start of the next billing cycle.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the service, attempt to disrupt it, or use it to generate misleading or unlawful content.

5. Availability

We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Features may evolve as the product improves.

6. Liability

Krawfly is provided "as is". To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of the service.

7. Changes

We may update these Terms; material changes will be communicated in-app or by email.
